Port City Group is a real estate advisory and project delivery firm. Most of what we do happens before — and during — construction, on the owner's side of the table.

Who We Are

Port City Group was founded to give owners, institutions, and operators a different kind of real estate firm — one built around advisory and project delivery rather than transaction volume.

The majority of our work is owner representation and project management for complex assets: institutional adaptive reuse, multifamily and mixed-use development, marina and waterfront infrastructure, and commercial repositioning. Sales, leasing, and marina services round out the platform — but they are not the center of gravity.

We operate across Boston, South Florida, and coastal South Carolina. Our team combines backgrounds in development, construction management, brokerage, and operations. That breadth is intentional — it's what allows us to advise on a feasibility study, manage a 24-month construction schedule, and broker the eventual disposition under one roof.
